What was introduced?

Hackster covered LoraReach on 19 October. The original campaign page describes a CM4-compatible carrier with separate slots for a LoRaWAN concentrator and an optional 4G modem, plus Ethernet connectivity.

The architecture, simply

Editorial perspective: sensors send small messages to a gateway, which passes them to a network service. Separating computing, radio and backhaul gives builders choices; it does not by itself demonstrate coverage or reliability.

A preview is not a complete appliance

At our check, Crowd Supply marked the project coming soon. CM4, LoRaWAN concentrator, 4G modem and microSD card are excluded, so a carrier-board image does not establish a ready-to-run system.

The creator describes schematics and a bill of materials as open source. This report does not independently certify the completeness or reuse licence of those files. LCENJ has not tested the hardware and makes no delivery-date or final-price promise.
